Using a "Display message" custom field in an email

You can use Jezzam's custom booking fields feature to add text to an email by using a "Display message" custom field type.  These types of messages will appear on the booking form but also have an option to be included on the email.


To create a "Display only message" custom field:


  1. Log in to your Jezzam admin panel
  2. Go to Settings > Booking fields
  3. On the "Custom booking fields" tab, click "New"
  4. Choose "Display a message only"
  5. Enter the "Text" that you would like to display
  6. Make sure the "Show on emails: checkbox is checked
  7. Click "Save"


You now need to add the new "Display message" custom field to any appropriate forms.  As forms are related to specific services, the text will only appear on emails for services where the forms that uses this text has been selected.


The text will appear on the booking form for those services and any booking emails sent in relation to those services.
