Depending on the features you use, Jezzam can send over 30 different types of email automatically for you.

This sophisticated email automation keeps you, your staff and your customers continually informed about bookings, saving you massive amounts of time.


This type of email is know as "transactional email".  That is, they are emails sent as part of the various transactions related to the management of bookings and other processes within your Jezzam account.


Jezzam gives you a great deal of flexibility over the text contained in your emails and there are three ways in which you can change the text in an email:


1) Changing the standard email template text


All of Jezzam's transactional emails are worded with standard text that conveys just the right amount of information using a clean, professional style. But we know that sometimes you just might want to change the copy of your emails to match the tone of your brand.

2) Using the Service's description for service specific text


Each service in your account can have a description.  This description is included in the booking details section on emails that are sent to you customers about their booking.  You can therefore use the service's description to include service specific information on emails if you wish.

3) Using a "Display message" custom field in an email


You can use Jezzam's custom booking fields feature to add text to an email by using a "Display message" custom field type.  These types of messages will appear on the booking form but also have an option to be included on the email.
