Here are three ways you can easily send an email to a customer.
Send and email to a customer from the Admin Calendar
- Log in to your Jezzam account admin panel
- Go to the admin Calendar
- Click on the customers booking
- Click "Email"
- Enter the Subject
- Enter the message text
- Click "Send email"
You can use the "Preview complete email" to preview the email before you send it.
Note: If you want to keep a copy of the email for your records, click the "Bcc" checkbox. This will also send a copy of the email to your account's primary contact email address.
Send and email to a customer from the Customer section using your own email app
- Log in to your Jezzam account admin panel
- Go to "Customers"
- Find select the Customer you want in the customer list on the left hand side
- In the "Summary" tab click on the customer email at the top
- This will bring up a new email using your own email app
- Enter and send the email as you would normally

- Go to "Customers"
- Find select the Customer you want in the customer list on the left hand side
- In the "Summary" tab click the "Email" link
- Enter the Subject
- Enter the message text
- Click "Send email"
