Here are three ways you can easily send an email to a customer.  


Send and email to a customer from the Admin Calendar

  1. Log in to your Jezzam account admin panel
  2. Go to the admin Calendar
  3. Click on the customers booking
  4. Click "Email"
  5. Enter the Subject
  6. Enter the message text
  7. Click "Send email"


You can use the "Preview complete email" to preview the email before you send it.


Note: If you want to keep a copy of the email for your records, click the "Bcc" checkbox.  This will also send a copy of the email to your account's primary contact email address.


Send and email to a customer from the Customer section using your own email app

  1. Log in to your Jezzam account admin panel
  2. Go to "Customers"
  3. Find select the Customer you want in the customer list on the left hand side
  4. In the "Summary" tab click on the customer email at the top
  5. This will bring up a new email using your own email app
  6. Enter and send the email as you would normally

  1. Log in to your Jezzam account admin panel
  2. Go to "Customers"
  3. Find select the Customer you want in the customer list on the left hand side
  4. In the "Summary" tab click the "Email" link
  5. Enter the Subject
  6. Enter the message text
  7. Click "Send email"
