If you manage memberships with your Jezzam account, there are two ways to invite members:


  • Bulk invite new members who are not already existing customers
  • Individually invite existing customers to become members

  1. Log in to your Jezzam Admin Panel
  2. Click "Customers"
  3. Find the customer whose membership you want to invite in the Customer List
    (Tip: you can use the search box to easily find a customer)
  4. Click on the customer in Customer List
  5. Click the "Membership" tab
  6. OPTIONAL: If you have multiple membership groups, select the appropriate groups for this customer
  7. Click the "Invite member" button (note: this will only be available if the customer is not currently a member)
  8. You will be asked to confirm the action.


Jezzam will automatically send a member invite email to the customer.  This email has a link in it which the customer must click to continue with the membership registration process.


If the customer already has a Jezzam user profile, they will simply need to confirm the invitation.


If the customer does not have a Jezzam user profile, they will be required to fill out a short registration form to create their new user profile.  When they do this, they will also be added as a member to your Jezzam account.


If you use Jezzam's Custom Membership Group feature, once a customer has customer has accepted the invite to become a member of your account, you can then assign them with the appropriate membership group(s) via the Membership tab in the Customers section.
