Jezzam automatically displays the number of spaces remaining on your events. For example: "4 spaces left (of 10)"


This information is extremely helpful in letting your customers know current availability. It can also help you fill spaces quickly when availability starts to become limited.


There are times when you might not want this information to display or you want it to display only under certain circumstances (for example, when your event starts filling up).


Jezzam gives you the option to choose when to display this information:


  • Always - always display the number of places remaining
  • Never - never display the number of places remaining
  • 50% full - Jezzam will automatically display the number of places remaining when 50% capacity or more has been reached for the event
  • 75% full - Jezzam will automatically display the number of places remaining when 75% capacity or more or more has been reached for the event


The default option is "Always".


You can set this option for any course, class, event or workshop when you first create it.  You can also change the options setting at any time by editing the event.


When creating an event in the Jezzam Admin Calendar:

  1. On the "Basics" tab
  2. Make your selection for "Show places available" option as required
  3. Continue creating your event


To edit this option:

  1. Select the event you want to edit in your Admin Calendar
  2. Select the "Basics" tab
  3. Make your selection for "Show places available" option as required
  4. Click "Save" (or "Save and close")
