How to suspend and then reactivate a member

There may be times when you wish to prevent a member of your account booking online.


Jezzam allows you to suspend a member from your Admin Panel.  The member will still be able to log in to their Jezzam User Profile but they will not be able to make bookings when logged in via their user profile.


How to suspend a member

  1. Log in to your Jezzam Admin Panel
  2. Click "Customers"
  3. Find the customer you want to suspend in the Customer List
    (Tip: you can use the search box to easily find a customer)
  4. Click on the customer in Customer List
  5. Click the "Membership" tab
  6. Make sure the "Suspended" checkbox is checked
  7. Click "Save"


How to reactivate a member

  1. Log in to your Jezzam Admin Panel
  2. Click "Customers"
  3. Find the customer you want to suspend in the Customer List
    (Tip: you can use the search box to easily find a customer)
  4. Click on the customer in Customer List
  5. Click the "Membership" tab
  6. Make sure the "Suspended" checkbox is unchecked
  7. Click "Save"
