How to add an administrator to your account

Jezzam lets you add additional administrators to your account.


  1. Log in to your account's admin panel
  2. Go to Account > User Access
  3. Click the "Add" button
  4. Enter the email address of the person you want invite to be an administrator
  5. Click"Send" invite


The result of sending the invite will be displayed in the "Output log" area.


An email is automatically sent to the email address used above.  The person receiving the email will need to click the link in the email to accept the invite to become an administrator.


If they already have a Jezzam user profile, they will be added as an administrator of your account after clicking the link and accepting the administrator invitation. If they do not have a Jezzam user profile they will be automatically asked to create a user profile before becoming an administrator of your account.


Pending invites


The "Pending invites" section lists any administrator invites that have been sent that are waiting acceptance.  The list also includes the expiry date of the invite.  For security reasons, administrator invites expire automatically after this time period if they have not been accepted.


If an invite expires before a user accepts it, you can simply invite them again using the process above.


If required, you can also cancel pending invites from this list.
