You can reschedule an appointment booking in the Admin Calendar simply by dragging and dropping.


In the Admin Calendar, select the booking you wish to reschedule and then drag and drop it to where you want to reschedule it.


In week view you can reschedule to a different day and time as required in that week.


In month view you can reschedule to a different day within the month (Jezzam will keep the time the same but you can easily drag and drop again if you need to change the time.


In day view you can reschedule to a different time within the same day.


When you drop the booking to its new date/time, you will see the "Reschedule booking" dialog, this gives you the option to automatically send an email to your customer to advise them of the rescheduled date/time.  


You can add your own message to this email by clicking on the "Edit email" tab, then clicking "Add your own optional message by clicking here" and adding your message.
