How to use Simple Scheduling

Modified on Fri, 16 Feb at 1:19 PM

Simple Scheduling can be used to create straightforward, weekly repeating schedules by simply entering start and end times in text format for each day of the week.

To use Simple Scheduling, click on the pencil icon next to the day of the week you wish to edit. Then simply enter one or more time ranges that represent the schedule for that day, with each range on its own line. The schedule for that day will then repeat automatically each week.

Time ranges can use either a 24-hour or 12-hour format (for example, 09:00-13:00 or 9:00am-1:00pm).

  • To save your changes, click the check icon.
  • To cancel changes, click the close icon.

You can create gaps or breaks in the schedule easily. For example, a 9 to 5 working day with an hour for lunch between 12 and 1pm and a 15 minute break at 3:30pm would be represented in 24-hour format as:

09:00-12:00

13:00-15:30

15:45-17:00
