Jezzam lets you create individual schedules for your Staff. To do this:
- Log into your Admin Panel
- Select Settings > Staff
- Select the Staff Member from the Staff list
- Select the "Work Hours" tab
You can change each Staff Member's work hours by dragging on the scheduling calendar and then creating scheduling blocks as required. The green blocks on the availability schedule represent when the Staff Member is available.
If a Staff Member's schedule has been customised (and is therefore no longer using your account's General Opening Hours), this is indicated below the Staff Member's schedule by the text "This schedule has been customised".
Jezzam does not restrict a Staff Member's work hours to your general Opening Hours. In other words, Jezzam gives you the flexibility to create a Staff Member's work hours outside your general Opening Hours if that is what you need. Jezzam puts you in complete control of your scheduling.
Note that it is not possible to use your default Opening Hours in combination with a customised schedule. Once a schedule has been customised, it overrides your general Opening Hours and needs to be managed independently of your opening hours. In other words, changes to your Opening Hours will not effect customised schedules.
Tip: You can reset a Staff Member's work hours by using the "Reset" button. This will cause the Staff Member's work hours to revert to your account's General Opening Hours.
Note: A Staff Member must have work hours. If all scheduling blocks are removed from the Staff Member's work hours, this will cause the Staff Member's work hours to revert to your account's General Opening Hours.
Staff Schedules for Multiple Locations
If your account uses multiple Locations, Jezzam allows you to create different work hours for a Staff Member at each of the Locations they work. In this case, a Location selection dropdown menu will be available on the "Work Hours" tab. Simply select the appropriate location and set the work hours for the Staff Member at that Location.
