For security or other reasons there may be times when you to want change the web link of a 1-way calendar sync Subscription Calendar.
For example, you may have sent the weblink for the Subscription Calendar to someone you now no longer want to have access to this information. You want to keep the Subscription Calendar so that you can subscribe to it but want to prevent other access to it.
Regenerating the web link for the Subscription Calendar is one way of achieving this.
When you regenerate the web link, the old web link is deleted and anyone with the old link will no longer receive updates to the subscribed calendar.
Note that once a Subscription Calendar link has been regenerated and saved, the old link can not be retrieved.
To regenerate the link for a Subscription Calendar:
- Log into you Jezzam Account
- Go to Settings > Calendar Sync
- Select the Account, Staff Member or Resource on the left hand side
- For the Subscription Calendar you want to regenerate the link for, click the "Edit" button
- Next click the "Regenerate" button
- Follow the instructions in the popup
- This will regenerate the link
- Click "Save"
