There may be times when you want to temporarily disable a 1-way calendar sync Subscription Calendar.
Anyone who is subscribed to the disabled calendar will receive an empty calendar when their calendar application next updates the subscription. This will have the effect of removing the the bookings from their calendar application.
Note that the frequency with which the booking information is updated via 1-way Calendar Sync depends on the calendar app used. Jezzam has not control over this.
While the Subscription Calendar is disabled, anyone subscribed to the calendar will not receive updated booking information for the calendar.
A Subscription Calendar can be disabled and re-enabled in Jezzam at any time.
To disable a Subscription Calendar:
- Log into you Jezzam Account
- Go to Settings > Calendar Sync
- Select the Account, Staff Member or Resource on the left hand side
- For the Subscription Calendar you want to disable, click the "Edit" button
- Make sure the "Disabled" check box is checked
- Click "Save"
To re-enable a Subscription Calendar:
Repeat the steps above but at step 5 make sure "Disabled" is unchecked.
