How to resend a booking confirmation email

To resend the customer a confirmation email


From the Customer Section

  1. Go to the "Customers" section
  2. Search for the customer (for example using their email address or name)
  3. Click on their "Bookings" tab
  4. Click the "Details" link next to the booking
  5. Click the envelope icon next to "Confirmed"
  6. Enter any custom text if needed
  7. Click "Resend email"


From the Admin Calendar

  1. Click on the booking
  2. Click the envelope icon next to "Confirmed"
  3. Enter any custom text if needed
  4. Click "Resend email"
