To resend the customer a confirmation email
From the Customer Section
- Go to the "Customers" section
- Search for the customer (for example using their email address or name)
- Click on their "Bookings" tab
- Click the "Details" link next to the booking
- Click the envelope icon next to "Confirmed"
- Enter any custom text if needed
- Click "Resend email"
From the Admin Calendar
- Click on the booking
- Click the envelope icon next to "Confirmed"
- Enter any custom text if needed
- Click "Resend email"
