How to set the language preferences in a browser

Modified on Fri, 13 Dec at 12:01 AM

Jezzam uses your region settings to help display dates, telephone numbers, first day of the week and other elements in an appropriate way for your region.

Occasionally, the region settings for your browser may not be configured how you expect them to be.  The result of this being that dates, telephone numbers, first day of the week and other elements may not display as expected.

If this is an issue please consider the following two options.

1) Temporarily change your region settings for the current Jezzam session

Select "Region settings" in Jezzam and select an appropriate region if available.

If you are logged into Jezzam, this will store your region preference in your Jezzam user profile and will be remembered each time you log in or until you change it.

If you are not logged in, Jezzam will use this region setting until you close your browser or the session times out.

2) Change your region settings for your browser

It's straightforward to change your browser region settings if required.

Most desktop browsers have settings that allow you to check or change the language preference settings.

The way these settings are configured varies from browser to browser.
