Service Passwords

Modified on Wed, 1 Apr, 2020 at 5:07 PM

Jezzam allows you to create a simple level of security by password protecting your Services.

If you add a password to a Service, when your customers come to book that Service, they will be asked to enter the password.  They can only proceed with the booking if they enter the correct password for the Service.

Service passwords are only for online booking.  They do not affect bookings made via the Admin Calendar.

How to add a new Service Password

  1. Log in to your Jezzam account admin panel
  2. Go to Settings > Services
  3. Select the Service in the Service list
  4. Click on the "Access" tab
  5. Switch "Enable password for online booking" to "On"
  6. Enter the password and confirm it
  7. Click "Save"
